WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE?

Our beef is available by the whole or half. For details, you can read more about our meats here. In addition to beef, we also have lamb, honey and hay available. Please contact us for more details.  


WHERE DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Depends on availability and time of year but usually you can expect the time between placing an order and receiving your meat to be about three weeks. Contact us for latest availability.  


IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to place an order. It will be deducted from your final balance.     


HOW MUCH FREEZER SPACE WILL I NEED FOR MY BEEF?

Plan on approximately one cubic foot of freezer space for every 15-20 pounds of meat. As a quick reference, the interior of a milk crate is slightly more than a cubic foot. For a one half beef, you will need at least a 7.5 cubic foot freezer.  

 

WHAT CUTS WILL I RECEIVE?

If you buy a whole or half of beef, you get decide how the beef is cut and packaged, according to your tastes and needs. It might sound overwhelming at first, but we will walk you through the process. Below is only a general guide that will help give an idea about what’s available.

Half Beef
-        3-4 Chuck /Shoulder Roasts (around 12 lbs. total)
-        2 brisket – 3 lbs ea.
-        6 – 8 Ribeye Steaks
-        6 - 8  T-Bone Steaks
-        6 - 8 Sirloin Steak
-        Flank or Skirt Steak
-        8 – 10 lbs. Short Ribs
-        4 – 5 Round Roasts
-        Ground Beef in 2 lb. packs
