HOW IT WORKS

We use Kased Brothers Slaughter house in Summit Mississippi. They are the only USDA inspected facility in MS or LA. They tag and weigh your animal, and it is processed, butchered and packaged individually according to your specifications Your meat is never mixed with anyone else's. We do require a $500 deposit once we place your order, but that amount is deducted from your final invoice upon pick-up. It is usually three weeks from placing your order until your meat is delivered.

They use NO CHEMICALS or PRESERVATIVES.

All meat is cut or ground fresh, vacuum sealed and flash frozen to lock in freshness and flavor. You get the best flavor and most tender meat. All meat is aged for ten days at no additional cost, but there is an option to age your meat longer if desired.  

Their flash freezing process provides meat that will last 3 years in your freezer with NO freezer burn. Your meat comes out fresh and tender.

Once your meat is processed, frozen and packaged, it’s ready for pickup.  We love to meet our customers in person and shake hands. If you can make it out to the farm here in Mt. Hermon, you can pick up your order directly from us here.
